Retail dealers or distributors of restricted-use pesticides must have a restricted use pesticide dealer license. Restricted-use pesticides can be applied only by a licensed applicator. Every location that sells these products needs a separate license.
The license is valid January 1-December 31. And the fee is $60.
Licensees must also complete a pesticide dealer/distributor reporting form annually. The reporting period is October 1-September 30. Restricted-use pesticide dealers can submit sales/distribution data by emailing an Excel file to datcprupdealerreporting@wi.gov. Instructions for submitting your report are available under the resources section of this page. Your report is due October 30 each year.
